World Heart Day: Awareness with Authenticity

For World Heart Day, our goal was to rise above the noise of generic awareness content by focusing on empathy over promotion. We created a simple, heart-led visual and message that celebrated our members and their health journeys—avoiding product marketing in favor of authentic storytelling.

With a cohesive look and emotionally resonant storytelling, the campaign drove 28,256 total impressions, 8,675 video views, and a 4.7% engagement rate, reinforcing the value of integrated care across audiences.

Created for a health plan audience, this social campaign opened with quick, provocative copy that called out familiar pain points — rising chronic condition costs, care gaps, and member engagement challenges. Follow-up animated posts revealed how Teladoc Health’s chronic condition solutions address those issues head-on, providing measurable outcomes at scale. The result: concise, problem–solution storytelling that captured attention and positioned Teladoc Health as a strategic partner for health plans seeking smarter, more sustainable care models.

The result: a unified narrative that connected emotional resonance with measurable outcomes, driving 9,842 impressions, 3,203 video views, and a 7.4% engagement rate, exceeding internal benchmarks.
