The script was crafted to speak directly to known needs: improving patient outcomes, reducing falls and injuries, streamlining nursing workflows, and enabling data-driven decisions. By grounding advanced technology in human benefit and operational impact, the video positioned Teladoc Health as a forward-thinking partner helping hospitals enhance visibility, efficiency, and safety through innovation.

Created as part of a team exercise to define Teladoc Health’s new “Connected Care” positioning, this internal pitch went beyond the brief—transforming a strategic concept into an engaging creative story. I developed a presentation and video that wove brand visuals, language, and value propositions into a cohesive narrative, showing not just what “Connected Care” means, but how it looks, feels, and communicates across touchpoints. The concept, “The Missing Piece,” framed connection as the emotional and visual center of the brand—demonstrating how creative storytelling can turn strategy into something tangible and inspiring.
