I led the rewrite of Teladoc Health’s Careers section with a dual focus on performance and experience. Guided by SEO best practices, I optimized page structure, metadata, and keyword usage to attract high-intent talent while improving discoverability. At the same time, I reshaped the content to be more candidate-centric—clarifying roles, reinforcing culture, and introducing clear calls to action that guide users through the hiring journey.
